At Agode Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is in the original packaging
  • You provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Used, worn, or damaged products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items (if specified at checkout)
  • Digital or downloadable products

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 11–17 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrectly sent

If you qualify for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to avoid lost packages.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

8. International Orders

For worldwide orders:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted, but international shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or wrong.
  • Customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account and original payment method
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
